Customize Review the Day

Here, we’ll show how to customize the “Review the Day” feature which is accessible from Settings on the main menu.

There are 2 sections in Review the Day Settings.

1/ Background music: upload a relaxing sound-track that you can play later when you’re reviewing your day and planning for tomorrow.

2/ Links: if you have suitable video or audio that you might want to play after reviewing your day, upload them here. For example, a paraliminal to help you go to sleep.
