You can use Drag and Drop in LifeChanger to reorder tasks and lists.  To initiate Drag and Drop, tap and hold down on the task or list for a second until it “pops out”.  As you start dragging, you’ll see yellow drop-zones appear.  Drop onto your desired drop-zone to move the task/list to that location.  

You can drag tasks within lists to reorder them or you can drag them into a different list.   The same applies to lists.   You can also drag sub-lists out of their parent list and drop them onto the background.  And, conversely you can drag a top-level list onto another list to make it a sub-list.
