LifeChanger license agreement
Thank you for choosing the LifeChanger app. Before you start using our app, please read this license agreement carefully. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
License Agreement:
This agreement is between you, the user, and LifeChanger LLC, the app owner (henceforth referred to as LifeChanger). LifeChanger grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LifeChanger app, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Restrictions on Use:
a. You shall not use the LifeChanger app for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or prohibited by this agreement.
b. You shall not use the LifeChanger app to post, publish, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, or pornographic.
c. You shall not use the LifeChanger app to promote or incite hatred, racism, or discrimination against any individual or group.
d. You shall not use the LifeChanger app to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
e. You shall not use the LifeChanger app to post or transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful computer code.
- Intellectual Property Rights:
a. The LifeChanger app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on or in the app.
b. You acknowledge that the LifeChanger app and its content are the property of LifeChanger, and that you shall not acquire any ownership rights in the app by downloading or using it.
- Disclaimer of Warranty:
a. LifeChanger resolves to make every effort to ensure its products are error-free, uninterrupted, and free from viruses or other harmful components but makes no guarantee that this will be achieved.
b. LifeChanger shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app.
- Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
- Termination:
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the app.
- Miscellaneous:
a. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LifeChanger with respect to the use of the app.
b. This agreement may not be assigned or transferred by you without the prior written consent of LifeChanger.
c. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
d. The failure of LifeChanger to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
By using the LifeChanger app, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions
