LifeChanger app refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our app that is offered with a monthly or yearly license fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, we will refund your payment in full.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@lifechanger.com with your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request. We may ask for additional information to help us better understand the issue and improve our app.
After we receive your refund request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that after 30 days from the original purchase date, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for any renewal fees that occur after the initial purchase.
LifeChanger program refund policy
We offer a money-back guarantee for our life-coaching program at any time until the first of its eight modules is complete.  After the completion of the first module, no refunds will be issued. We believe that this period is sufficient time for you to evaluate our program and decide if it is right for you.
